  • I've been a big fan of this podcast. In each episode, Elizabeth, a teenager, would explain an aspect of teen culture to her mother, Karen. For me, the show modelled what an honest, open relationship between a parent and a teen could look like. more

  • Essential for teachers

I teach junior and senior high and I can't count the number of times this show has come in handy. I'm pretty connected with my kids, but this show definitely gets me a lot deeper into their culture and slang. My students are constantly shocked when I express understanding of something they think is exclusive to them. This show is definitely my ace in the hole. Love it!!

  • Keep up with the kids!

I love this podcast. I feel like I’m in the middle of Karen and Elizabeth age-wise (closer to Karen) so it’s great to learn from both of them. more

  • Teach me more!!

Karen and her daughter Elizabeth are a riot! This is a great show, so entertaining to watch and so easy to listen to. Pro tip: Listen to this as a culture-hack if you're older than Gen Z... ;)
