Mike, I love the pod, but lord, it’s getting harder and harder to listen. The endless, rambling questions; the odd, breathy, EXTREMELY IRRITATING low-talking; and as others have mentioned, the now-constant, incessant breaks to name donors — 100 times a show as supposed, relentless “surprises” breaking the flow of discussion — I’m sorry, I just abandoned an episode part-way through. Love the show I’ve been listening for years from the beginning! These guys are great and definitely deserve 5 stars but my only problem is with these gifted membership announcements. It takes up so much time and is honestly annoying having to hear every single one and the same people with their sound clips. I understand you gotta get the money and support for the show which is deserved but maybe do a pop up or something quicker? Great show!
