  • College Ball

Paul should be a national college football show instead of just the SEC, specially now. But basically his show describes the passion in college football nearly every day. Yeah, he gets annoying with some of his takes but this is one of the main shows in the sport where many fans gravitate.

  • Sham show. SEC homer

This guy is an embarrassment. Someone who couldn’t make it as a waterboy now has “knowledge” about CFB. He is a paid SEC smoke show. Starve him so ends up where he belongs

  • Gaslighter

I used to like Paul but lately it just feels like he’s a grumpy old man who talks gibberish and gaslights his audience. His takes aren’t rooted in any truth and he flip flops more than a Waffle House cook. I gradually stopped listening and now I unfollowed this hallow old man.

Hour 3: Mike Craven, Dave Campbell's TX Football
Q: What is the outlook for Lane Kiffin and LSU?
Kiffin is a wild card with proven SEC experience; LSU could be highly competitive if their quarterback situation stabilizes, underscoring the season's unpredictability and the influence of quarterback play.
Hour 3: Mike Craven, Dave Campbell's TX Football
Q: How does Craven assess Texas' trajectory this year?
He says Texas has a high ceiling but faces questions on defense and consistency, particularly under Will Muschamp and the defensive scheme changes, while relying on both portal additions and development of homegrown players.
Hour 3: Mike Craven, Dave Campbell's TX Football
Q: What does Mike Craven see as the biggest hurdle for Texas A&M this season?
Craven believes the biggest hurdle is finishing the season strong amid a brutal schedule, with a new roster and staff, to translate early-season momentum into a playoff-caliber finish.
Hour 3: Cedric Golden, Austin American-Statesman joins the show
Q: What are your thoughts on the playoff expansion timeline and how it might play out this season?
Cedric suggests a staged approach, with a move to 16 teams initially and a gradual transition toward 24, weighing the impact on conference dynamics and TV rights before committing fully to a larger field.
Hour 3: Cedric Golden, Austin American-Statesman joins the show
Q: Cedric, how important is it for Texas's prospects to have a strong offensive line and protection this year?
Cedric emphasizes that the line play is crucial—the team is only as good as the people protecting the quarterback, so improvements up front could unlock the talent around the quarterback and lead to better overall performance.
