Greetings programs! We're downloading into The Grid and checking out Tron: Ghost in the Machine! A comic sequel to a video game that Disney would rather we forget. It tried to keep the Grid alive before the next reboot came along and derezzed it from... more
Today, we’re turning down the lights for some "Horrotica" comics. Jessika dives into Chains of Chaos #1 from Harris Comics, while Mike explores Jenna Jameson’s Shadow Hunter #0. It’s monsters, mayhem, and just a little bit of questionable seduction. ... more

No one is doing what Ten Cent Takes is doing. They're not tied to the promo/publishing cycle. Mike & Jessika are digging into the longboxes and pulling out gems like Nightcat (seriously, I'm listening to their latest episode this very second and it is WILD). Ten Cent Takes is a thoughtful, warm, and welcoming podcast. Whether you're a comic book novice or a Marvel Zombie from way back, you'll have a great time with this show.
Great content. Knows what they are talking about!
Mike & Jessika do a great job sharing the joy that comes with finding hidden gems buried in the discount bins. Love the alternating format between mini episodes and deep dives. Keep it up, guys!

US-1 for example is one of my favorite rediscoveries and I still need a Marvel Legend of him. Crystar was fun too. An Amalgam of him and Warlord would be neat. Th... more
