Jeff and Matt cover all aspects of the sport in an engaging and enthusiastic manner. Each week they discuss the big pro races, latest research they’ve seen and tips on how to train and prepare for the three tri sports from their own experiences. It’s well done and worthwhile. Thanks guys for sharing your expertise!
I enjoy listening to the podcast, I like the training drills and tips. The last swimming trail was hard, but fun adding it to my training warm-up.
I believe this is the best triathlon podcast ever. Jeff and Matt provide two different perspectives. Both are highly engaging, personable and knowledgeable. I have been in triathlon for 4+ decades and follow the sport passionately.
