As someone who has struggled with disordered eating for over 30 years, the wisdom from these coaches is life altering. Rooted in science and accountability for oneself versus shame, listening to these podcasts has been one of the things that keeps me grounded on my journey and health, wellness, and fitness at the age of almost 53.
I’m a fan of the realness of these coaches and that their outlook is fact based and science based. The big secret to fat loss is that there is no secret. There is boring, consistent effort and I love how these ladies dish it out!
