Love the short, manageable episodes. They don’t throw a ton of overwhelming info at you, just a few things to think about and some small steps to improve your overall health. I also appreciate the humor, highly recommend.
Great podcast, covering lots of subjects, the delivery is excellent from these two doctors, professional with added appropriate humour
Love listening to these two as well as watching their YouTube channel!
