I’ve always listened and thought Tommy & Sean did a good job. By adding Lauren into the mix, I’ve begun to not be able to stand listening due to her constantly interrupting them, as well as guests.
As much as I love everyone and what y’all provide to CrossFit news, the audio delay and consequent talking on top of each other since having added Lauren has made listening really hard and frustrating. Maybe there are too many people on at a time or new equipment is needed to make a smoother production.

I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning and hardly ever miss an episode. I love the addition of Lauren Khalil to the show— she is a skilled broadcaster and interviewer who adds a great, fresh perspective. Sean is also a consummate professional with his legit sports media background. Tommy has encyclopedic knowledge of the sport but I wonder if he can work on some media-specific skills? I love Tommy and Sean, but I gotta give them a low rating bc their Hit and Catch segment is absolutely BRUTAL. Not sure how else to get through to them, besides a low rating. Otherwise, would be 5 stars
