  • Lauren Khalil interrupts more than she contributes

I’ve always listened and thought Tommy & Sean did a good job. By adding Lauren into the mix, I’ve begun to not be able to stand listening due to her constantly interrupting them, as well as guests.

  • Audio Delay

As much as I love everyone and what y’all provide to CrossFit news, the audio delay and consequent talking on top of each other since having added Lauren has made listening really hard and frustrating. Maybe there are too many people on at a time or new equipment is needed to make a smoother production.

Sean is also a consummate professional with his legit sports media background. Tommy has encyclopedic knowledge of the sport but I wonder if he can work on some media-specific skills? In every episode there are long pauses where Tommy is looking something up, or saying things li... more
