Great guests, great content, very helpful for aspiring bodybuilders. I would like if the interviews had a bit more follow-up questions and dialog, but the content is awesome.
I hate to be critical but the host really brings the podcast down. He has good guests on like Brad Schoenfeld, Eric Helms, etc. but the host doesn’t add any substance. He’d be better off just asking questions that viewers submit rather than trying to come up with in-depth questions that often don’t make sense, or overly broad questions that are missing a lot of context. Guys, If you want natural physique with scientific approach then follow Dr Swole. He has given plenty of workout programs free of cost in his channel. He has done podcasts with top experts in fitness industry. His unique way of explaining things differs him from others.
