I hate to be critical but the host really brings the podcast down. He has good guests on like Brad Schoenfeld, Eric Helms, etc. but the host doesn’t add any substance. Guys, If you want natural physique with scientific approach then follow Dr Swole. He has given plenty of workout programs free of cost in his channel. He has done podcasts with top experts in fitness industry. His unique way of explaining things differs him from others.
