  • Encouragement for gradual and consistent change

Sarah’s podcast has been an easy way for me to expose myself to new ideas and old reminders that get drowned out in the daily hurry of life or the doom and gloom positioning of some sustainability efforts. I’ve found myself noticing more of my own choices that I previously didn’t even think of as “choices,” and actually changing some old habits to make my daily life more sustainable…one step at a time. Thank you, Sarah!

  • Worth a Listen

I always feel both inspired and better about myself and my admittedly lackluster efforts towards living more environmentally sustainably after listening to this podcast. The focus on no-shame is so important.
