I was a guest on Cari’s show and she is a really fabulous host and interviewer — asked thoughtful questions that lead to inspiring conversation together. Once a guest, now a listener!
I love listening to Cari’s pockets of wisdom and humor. Her guests are always relatable and just as amazing! Definitely in my self love era and this is in my podcast rotations for sure 💗
Cari dives into some or the biggest issues we have from our upbringings & hits the nail on the head in these episodes that really get you thinking about the best ways to be your best self ♥️
I could feel myself nodding in agreement with all the helpful tidbits being thrown out there. I could use a daily reminder about imposter syndrome because every time I try something new, self doubt creeps in. This episode talks about BEing you, the authentic you. And, moving past your fears when you show up, regardless of the outcome. My favorite tip is prioritizing your “well being,” whatever that feels like to you. Highly recommend.
Cari is such a breath of fresh air! She’s so grounded in sharing about her healing journey, and the tools she shares are so practical. Her wisdom keeps me coming back for each episode. Thank you Cari for speaking straight to our souls! ❤️
