I really enjoyed these podcasts. The practical advice Rick and Julie provide seem obvious but we forget the basics of good management sometimes. I've already referred this to several of my peers who are in new management positions. These podcasts provide excellent tips and also tell some humorous stories to make the point. Outstanding.
Good stuff. Easy to understand tips that can be immediately applied. Even seasoned managers can learn something new or get reminded about the basics they may have forgotten. And new managers will DEFINITELY learn something.
