Really interesting material presented in an engaging way. I learn something worthwhile from every episode.
I just listened to the episode on using assessments with supervisees and I can’t wait to implement this in my practice. I’ve been looking for a way to deepen how we relate and connect to our supervisees while allowing space for both to be authentic and I think this will really help. I love how this show brings exciting and different approaches to supervision that go beyond what we are taught in school.
"Supervision Simplified" breaks down a multilayered topic of supervision. The episode have been insightful and have provided strategies to help supervisors. I’m looking forward to listening more!
Valarie and Amy bring a whole new format and interest to what some, in the past, may have called boring and dry. They have very interesting conversations about important topics that can traditionally be called boring and tedious. Definitely check them out and you’ll be pleasantly surprised!!
