  • Constantly talk over each other

This podcast would be exactly what I’m looking for if it weren’t so stressful to listen to the failure of the storyteller-listener setup every single episode.

Other reviews seem to narrow it down to one or the other, blaming only Meghan or Amy for interrupting. It honestly doesn’t matter whose episode it is. Whoever’s listening will interrupt mid-sentence with a question that would obviously be answered soon through the story anyway.

What’s worse is that sometimes when the other one is respond... more

  • I would listen more if……

I have only listened to this podcast a few times because I can’t stand the way one of them consistently interrupts the other, talks over her and seems to think she’s the ultimate authority on this podcast; she’s totally obnoxious!! I don’t know the name but all you have to do is listen to figure it out!!

  • Good podcast/no more W&C Reconsidered filler please

I’m trying to be more patient with Megan. Unfortunately, W&C Reconsidered is filler, rarely any new information or insight. Overall a very good podcast with insight into behavior.

  • These two are hot!!!!

I believe that this show is incredible. They both have the most soothing voices that I wouldn’t kick out of bed for eating crackers. Amy if you ever are interested in a hook up, we sure can. Meghan, you are more than welcome to join!

Can’t wait for more episodes…. Always on my mind.

  • Interesting Cases!

I started listening to this podcast last year and I started at the beginning so I’m finally in the 2025 dates. Overall love this podcast! I love the interesting cases and the focus on women. I also like the analysis they do at the end and really get into the why and the justice side. My only complaints and this is probably because I listen to them in a row lol but sometimes I feel like the interaction between them isn’t great and they don’t always listen to the other cause they will ask question... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Geetha Angara
Q: Is there an uptick in female sex offenders?
It is uncertain if the offenses are actually increasing or simply being reported more; the societal stigma around female offenders has lessened, leading to increased recognition and reporting.
Geetha Angara
Q: What can be done about violent offenders whose victims refuse to press charges?
Prosecutors can proceed with charges even if a victim does not cooperate, particularly when there is strong evidence.
Patty Prewitt
Q: Do you think juveniles should have their sentences commuted to adult prisons?
Juveniles should never be spending time in adult prison. If they are tried as an adult, then they should stay in a juvenile facility until they age up to an adult facility.
Patty Prewitt
Q: Do you think that our current prison system is what is best for our inmates, or do you think a more progressive approach like what they do in Europe, prisons would be better?
Our prisons are extremely flawed. We had the opportunity together to visit a prison in London, and the atmosphere was not depressing, as they offered real-life skills trainings.
Stephanie Crowe
Q: What is your perception of individuals who become leaders after incarceration?
Dr. Sacks highlights organizations like Defy Ventures that help formerly incarcerated people leverage skills learned in prison for business success, noting that many individuals are overlooked despite their intelligence and potential for leadership.
