  • Super Starz

Edna Mahan episode. Forgive me if I’m wrong but she sounds pretty judgmental on trans women for saying she not judgmental. I can understand the concern but the words chosen to use say something else ? 😬

Superstar team! Great show but I especially love when their professional opinions come into play.

it’s getting truly ridiculous how much time is taken in recent episodes by ads. it’s starting to seem like the ads take up more time than the stories themselves.

I have to say fist I love this show and everything about the premise. The expert insight and analysis sets this show apart from other true-crime podcasts, and I truly appreciate the way Meghan and Amy don’t lean on hyperbolic or dramatic language to pique the audience’s interest. The stories are compelling and they let the facts and insight do the heavy lifting. These are well researched and thoughtfully told stories. Also, the production is well done.

W&C Reconsidered: Michelle Carter
Q: So did the criminal justice system get it right?
Amy believes it is an ethical issue and should not hold Michelle criminally responsible for Conrad's death, while Kate agrees it is ethical but acknowledges the necessity of some jail time as a warning for others, and Meghan thinks Michelle was culpable and the punishment appropriate.

Graduates can explore various paths beyond traditional roles, such as working in mental health facilities, juvenile facilities, fraud prevention at banks, or investigative positions in the private sector.
Cecilie Fjellhøy
Q: To what extent could baseline mental health screening in schools help identify early signs of mental health issues and abuse?
While baseline mental health screening could potentially help reduce rates of self-harm and school-related violence, concerns about student privacy and trust make implementing such measures challenging.
W&C Reconsidered: Wendy Trapaga
Q: If you had the opportunity to work on any case, what would it be?
I would love to work on the Sandy Melgar case, as I strongly believe she has been wrongfully convicted.
