  • Eric Williamson Registered Dietitian

Thank you for featuring a Registered Dietitian and clarifying what that credential is—most of the public has no clue about this. It is vital for people to partner with truly qualified professionals. Eric Williamson made things much clearer because he is trained well.

  • Love your show, but…

I’ve been listening to your show for years, David, and love your enthusiasm, curiosity, wisdom, and amazing guests. Your voice exudes an infectious sense of wonder and excitement.

However, there seems to be a trend in wellness podcasts—such as with Sanjay Gupta’s “Chasing Life”—in which a young female cohost has been added. I don’t wish to hurt anyone’s feelings, but your new cohost’s voice is distracting with the vocal fry and uptick. Your previous monologue style of speaking directly to the l... more

  • Hello David

I just spent five days with David at a MEA fitness workshop in Santa Fe. The information I got from him was mind blowing. This guy knows so much about fitness that it shifted my level of understanding about fitness to new heights. I was a personal fitness trainer in the 90s and I realize that everything I know from that period of time is obsolete. Thank you, David and I look forward to hearing more on your podcasts.

The Science Behind The Super Age Games
Q: Heather, can you explain how the SuperAge Games translate longevity research into real-world training that people can actually do?
The games convert eight longevity markers into practical, trainable tasks, validated by experts, with scalable difficulty so anybody can participate. They combine VO2 max, strength, balance, memory, relational capacity, and endurance into a cohesive program, supported by coaching and community to help people follow through.
David Donnelly: Can Humans Reach 150?
Q: So how much do I pack here? So first, you started this investigation to find out, is this all BS or not?
The answer is that no, it's not BS. This was independently funded, not selling supplements, and we aimed to keep scientific integrity even as opinions diverge among scientists.
Dr. Peter Kevorkian: Is Chiropractic Healthcare’s Blind Spot?
Q: What is chiropractic care?
Chiropractic care focuses on the spine's role in nervous system function and overall health, emphasizing regular checks, gentle adjustments to improve communication between brain and body, and using chiropractic care as a preventive approach along with other lifestyle factors.
Jennifer Walsh Uses Beauty to Rewire the Brain
Q: And if that happens, if I've calmed, beauty calms my nervous system, so that then I can think more clearly, is that right?
Yes, absolutely.
