I just spent five days with David at a MEA fitness workshop in Santa Fe. The information I got from him was mind blowing. This guy knows so much about fitness that it shifted my level of understanding about fitness to new heights. I was a personal fitness trainer in the 90s and I realize that everything I know from that period of time is obsolete. Thank you, David and I look forward to hearing more on your podcasts.
David thank you so much for having me on and for teaching me you are a really gift.
Thanks for all the great conversations David. Really enjoying the show!
