  • Eric Williamson Registered Dietitian

Thank you for featuring a Registered Dietitian and clarifying what that credential is—most of the public has no clue about this. It is vital for people to partner with truly qualified professionals. Eric Williamson made things much clearer because he is trained well.

  • Love your show, but…

I’ve been listening to your show for years, David, and love your enthusiasm, curiosity, wisdom, and amazing guests. Your voice exudes an infectious sense of wonder and excitement.

However, there seems to be a trend in wellness podcasts—such as with Sanjay Gupta’s “Chasing Life”—in which a young female cohost has been added. I don’t wish to hurt anyone’s feelings, but your new cohost’s voice is distracting with the vocal fry and uptick. Your previous monologue style of speaking directly to the l... more

  • Hello David

I just spent five days with David at a MEA fitness workshop in Santa Fe. The information I got from him was mind blowing. This guy knows so much about fitness that it shifted my level of understanding about fitness to new heights. I was a personal fitness trainer in the 90s and I realize that everything I know from that period of time is obsolete. Thank you, David and I look forward to hearing more on your podcasts.

Angélica Fuentes On A New Era of Women Leading
Q: What happened 11 years ago that reshaped your life and career?
A judge took everything away in 24 hours, including assets and even my ability to be the mother to my daughters, in a highly public smear campaign. I chose to stand up, reconnect with my truth, and rebuild for my daughters and myself.
Dr. Florence Comite: Own Your Health Destiny
Q: What is the core message you want readers or listeners to take away after reading Invincible?
The guest emphasizes ownership of future health destiny, using five biomarkers as a practical framework to interpret data, make informed lifestyle changes, and prevent decline by addressing sugar metabolism, hormones, and overall wellness.
Dr. Florence Comite: Own Your Health Destiny
Q: Talk to me about the seven patterns of health decline. So are there some there that are particularly insidious and sneaky that we need to be aware of?
The host prompts the guest to outline the seven patterns, and the guest explains that some inherited patterns secretly influence metabolism and aging, emphasizing that recognizing these patterns helps people start making targeted, proactive changes rather than waiting for overt disease.
The Science Behind The Super Age Games
Q: What makes the collaboration between AGEIST and SuperAge unique in the longevity space?
It blends first-hand storytelling and narrative with rigorous, peer-reviewed research to produce actionable guidance that's accessible to a broad audience, emphasizing habit formation, community accountability, and a whole-person approach to longevity beyond just genetics or isolated metrics.
The Science Behind The Super Age Games
Q: Heather, can you explain how the SuperAge Games translate longevity research into real-world training that people can actually do?
The games convert eight longevity markers into practical, trainable tasks, validated by experts, with scalable difficulty so anybody can participate. They combine VO2 max, strength, balance, memory, relational capacity, and endurance into a cohesive program, supported by coaching and community to help people follow through.
