    wow, I learned so much about my diagnosis of osteoporosis listening to this podcast. I am so curious about whether or not my DEXA scan is actually correct? I have been so worried ever since I received my diagnosis and now I have hope that maybe my bones are not as bad as I think they are.

    After getting my diagnosis, I was freaked out. Other podcasts and other programs but finding Debi and her program and this podcast has changed my life. The only thing my doctors wanted to do for me was put me on medication. I am confident for taking this step before that one is what is going to heal me. I have met women whose bones are breaking and have no idea what is happening with their bodies. Of course I tell them about the podcast!
