I’ve listened to every episode —I listen on Wednesday mornings when I commute to work. This podcast is my favorite by far. Dr Holland is well trained, skilled and caring. She is a true doctor as she teaches and shares her knowledge with all of us. The information shared is well researched and not commercialized. She truly follows the “if you don’t take good care of yourself you can’t take good care of your responsibilities” principle and shares how best to approach a healthy lifestyle. Thanks... more
Carrie’s podcasts are so good at getting to the heart of it. As I’ve heard her say, “It’s never about the food.” She really gets to the things that get in our way: people pleasing, never feeling that we are enough. I find her strategy of working toward goals with small steps to be incredibly helpful. Thanks, Carrie!

I have moved from “I wish I was stronger” to simple strength moves I am actually doing. I have moved from “I really need to ove... more
I have never put all of this together until now. Thank you so much for the education. Looking forward to making consistent changes and lifestyle routine 42 years in, its never too late! You put it so logically!
Carrie- each of your episodes is so spot on- honest, educational, encouraging and with immediate action steps. The issues you cover are critical for habit change and as a family physician myself I have been recommending your podcast to many of my patients. Thank you for what you do! I plan on having my kiddos (15 and 12) listen to an episode today that is even relevant to their life.
