I was looking for a podcast that had information on fitness, health, strength, and not just weight loss. I wanted to start using weights and working on strength and did not know where to begin. This podcast has been a great resource. Her workout videos on YouTube are also terrific.
I am no longer a working mom (retired) and am a grandmother of 3 who is definitely not strong but working on it. I am so glad that I found this podcast. Carrie will guide you to look at things differently. Stay in the game and just do something are my new go to phrases. Thank you Carrie!!
