I’m not a parent yet, which means I spend a lot of time worrying about how hard it will be when I get to that stage of life. This podcast does an amazing job at exploring and mitigating commonly held fears of parents and soon-to-be parents, from the struggle to maintaining work-life balance to fears of not being able to travel internationally with young kids. Not only does this podcast normalize talking about these topics, it also gives parents tactical ways for maintaining healthy life habits.
I am not a parent myself but I work with children and this podcast is super insightful! Very relevant and applicable, I like that they bring in topic experts and share real-life experiences. The host is fun & easy to follow!

This podcast has a great mix of both emotional stories and psychological lessons for listeners to learn from and identify with. This is a great podcast. I personally do not have children, but am the oldest of four, so I have grown up around young children for most of my life whether it were my own siblings or cousins, parents friends etc. I really enjoy listening to the stories and advice from parents. This is a safe, judgement free space and inspiring to those with or without children.
