  • Great OCR/Ultra podcast

The Strength and Speed podcast is a great way to stay up to date on OCR competitions and competitors, as well as other Ultra endurance events and pro tips for different types of training and events. Evan frequently has top tier competitors on his podcast for down to earth interviews and conversations, as well as newcomers to the sports, and race directors for new and existing races. This is my favorite sports podcast for keeping the OCR/Ultra fire burning in between races.
