I needed Episode 395 to start the new year. When you can’t train…exercise! Brakken and Kirk help me take my average effort “base hits” of exercise and inspire me to convert the effort into “home runs” of training. They are the “moneyball mentality” of the running / OCR / hybrid fitness space synthesizing their years of experience through current efforts into practical and relevant application to help the “average” and the “all star” succeed.
Awesome podcast… I’m mostly a runner but enjoy the OCR talk also. I’ve gotten a ton of very useful info out of this podcast… really appreciate it. Lots of good tips and information on training. Hosts make for easy and entertaining listening. I always look forward to new episodes. Keep up the good work.

The hosts have very different personalities, and together they work extremely well. They are both very knowledgeable. There is a great mix of training, philosophy, and entertainment.
