I love this podcast and get so much useful training advice here. I love the fact that they are rooted in track experience and can discuss a high level of performance in a manner that is relatable to the average runner.
From the start, these guys have both entertained and informed, every episode. Two of the best in the business.
Information is amazing, these guys are experts within the running field and provide resources for ALL types of runners (whether you are training or wanting to just maintain health)! Highly recommend subscribing!!
A real breath of fresh air out there for runners who want a dose of training theory, straddling the line of being educational and informative without ever being dull or patronising or overly salesy. I’d go as far as saying it occupies the same hallowed ground as Steve Magnus’ podcast.
Really love listening to these guys while running or just thinking about running
