Rich Ryan provides excellent insights!
I love the honesty and transparency. The details and strategies shared are usable for any level athlete. I joined RMR training to improve for my next event.
Great insights from great hyrox athletes. This pod helps me train smart and stay motivated throughout the year!
This podcast has been really helpful towards my approach toward my Hyrox training over the past couple of years. Although the three are elite athletes, their principles translate well to an aspiring age-grouper like me. I particularly enjoy Rich’s deep dives into his own training and races. Keep up the great work!
