MStefano Running is a group of friends that went outside their comfort zone in 2012 and started training to run in fun runs as well as mud runs and other events. We urge others to get off the couch and go for a run or even a walk. Exercise is great for the mind and body. We hope you enjoy listening to our adventures and consider trying one for yourself.

Love the interviewing. Love the current event reporting on OCR near and far. Please stop blaspheming God’s name. I stopped listening to Matthew Davis because of his classless cussing and blasphemy.
QUESTION: Must I do the same here?
ANSWER (10/20/2024): yes. Your amateur behavior regarding my feedback is classless. I’m hoping there’s a professional OCR show out there, because this one (despite the great info given) doesn’t fit the bill.
Updated review: Mike and Katelyn have been crushing it for over seven years now. Congratulations you guys. Keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to 400 more episodes from you two. Five starrrrrrrs!

Mike, his female co-host Katelyn, and their friends talk about their running exploits and do interviews with other runners. They're doing races from 5k color runs to Spartan OCR's.

Old 8/2022…Just listened to your guys last episode, really good I really appreciate what you guys do. I usually listen to you on Spotify but came over here to leave a review.

Anyway, getting ready to run Monterey Super this weekend, and I think it is very cool that you guys go over all the podiums (those names are crazy!!!). Also appreciate the interviews of elite OCR athletes, kinda hard to fin... more
Mike and his team really go above and beyond with their live event coverage and interviews. Great quality, excellent questions and they cover a wide variety of topics! He's also nice enough to film you completing obstacles in the middle of the night! 10/10 recommend 🤘🏻🤘🏻
They may not say it anymore, but this is the most consistent OCR podcast. Look it up. Like clockwork; the clock bares 12:00 at noon… Also at midnight… Or if the power went out recently and you haven’t re set it. Time is a construct. So too this podcast posts good episodes reliably on schedule. Humble hosts. The struggle to pronounce racer names is always charming. OCR still has a pulse and podcasts like this are an important part of it.
