  • JOKE!!

This guy is an absolute joke! This is a money grab that preys on unsuspecting middle age and elderly people. This is NOT a useful fitness program for anyone. Pricing is a joke, promises and results are completely empty and completely ridiculous!!

  • I love The Exercise Coach but go deeper!

I am a current client and was hoping to get more behind-the-scenes info on the different protocols, a discussion of how to set effective strength goals, and more of the theory of how the workouts work. I’m already sold on the basic idea that this podcast keeps hammering away at. I would like a deeper dive instead of a sales pitch. Maybe offer another podcast for clients only?
