Syd is so unreliable with this podcast…. She has been inconsistent with dropping episodes and then says she’s going to be back and is never back. Today she says so in her IG stories. Like give it up, girl. Clearly you have too much on your plate to do a podcast.
I’m normally not one to leave negative reviews, but I have no idea how else to give my feedback. I loved the episode I just listened to. The conversation between syd and her guest was powerful, helpful, and healing; particularly when they responded to listener write-ins and gave their guidance. I love how Syd breaks down complex medical issues and empowers women to advocate for themselves and not to simply accepts certain conditions as “normal.” I love how Syd keeps it real, mixing in her personal experience with guest experts. Definitely worth a listen if you are on a health and wellness journey!
So I was a fan of the previous podcast with both girls however I am now a massive fan of the new format with just Syd. You can tell she really flourished and grew into herself with the new changes and it's so much better. I'm so much more of a fan! Loveeee it. Keep going Syd, trust your gut and the process. You give amazing advice and are such a comfort. It's like I'm on the phone with a friend who is full of the best advice!
I love the new vibe Syd and the direction and growth you’ve taken the pod. I encourage you to think a more about your GLP – 1 ad. The weight loss drug, that is taking away from many ppl with diabetes, due to ppl with no diabetes abusing it for weight loss. It is very controversial and doesn’t seem to line up with your values.
