Caleb and Michael are very good at conveying Stoic ideas in a very low-key, equanimous fashion. I really appreciate this approach, which differs much from other mainstream stoic channels, more concerned with motivational aspects rather than being focused on getting into the nitty-gritty of the philosophy—which is really the only way to go if we're seeking profound and durable progress towards attaining Wisdom.
Love that I stumbled upon this podcast after looking for a podcast on memento mori. Great stoic content very digestible information. Only gripe is I feel the audio at times feels too clean or heavily edited to the point you sound like robots and it can be a little jarring like I’m listening to A.I it feels kind of weird and makes some of the episodes hard to listen to. If you could make the audio more neutral/natural/warm I think it would go a long way. Keep up the good work though! Look forward... more
