Really nice, concise, practical and above clear advice Erick gives. It has really helped me quite a lot in the past turbulent year. Small note perhaps: the introduction/household information before and after the actual content could be a little shorter; I find myself forwarding this as the info repeats itself over the episodes, which when listening to various episodes at a time is a bit cumbersome. But for the rest nothing but praise and gratitude.
I find these episodes so inspiring and his voice so soothing.
Great motivation that I need every morning!
I love Stoic Coffee Break. It’s such a simple concept but so beautifully crafted and executed. It’s become essential listening for me.
This show really helped me apply stoic principles to my life. I’ve been listening for over a year now and have learned from and enjoyed each episode. A recent episode titled “Are we making ourselves unhappy” hit on the core things that I’ve struggled with and prompted me to write this review.
