In this episode, I open up about a pattern I’ve struggled with for a long time: I can get really low when I’m not busy or in motion. I’m someone who feels most grounded when I’m doing something, surrounded by activity or momentum, and it’s hard when ... more
In this episode, I’m walking and talking nine days post–lower bleph and fat transfer. I’ve been documenting the whole journey on Instagram, and so many people have been asking questions mostly because a lot of us don’t realize these under-eye issues ... more
In this episode, I talk about how to know when it’s time to walk away from a habit, a person, a version of yourself, or anything that no longer feels aligned. There’s a process we all go through before we’re ready: the confusion, the guilt, the resis... more

“Ricki, as a fellow entrepreneur, I completely relate to having a mind that’s always running. I also agree that we all have our own addictions to navigate. Your podcasts are incredible—they’re helping me reflect on aspects of my life I had forgotten about. Feeling and connecting with those emotions is such a powerful thing. Keep doing what you’re doing! I’ll definitely keep listening.”
Ricki- I just found your show by searching "adderral addiction" Let me first thank you for speaking out. I am convinced this is the most under reported issue right now in people 15- 50. It might be the new opioid crisis. I will buy your program. Thank you. Smart girl. Go crush it. Hopefully I'm right behind ya on this thanks so much!!!!
This podcast is perfect. I always loved Ricki’s posts on Instagram and how she words things and I listened to episode 1 on my drive home yesterday and loved how she gave her background and and intro… and episode 2-3 were just the perfect soundtrack for my walk this morning. I need to make myself feel better and didn’t know where to start and these small changes are exactly what I needed someone to tell me to do. Take the first step. Then 9999 more per day. Hydrate, and watch what you put in your... more
This girl needs a real friend and to stay off her phone for a couple weeks. Just yikes. Clearly caught in an algorithm and needs help yet has all the answers?? The loneliness and lack of self awareness is stunning. I hope she gets help instead of trying to project her sad belief system on others.
She wreaks of desperation. Please buy my program…. You have no choice you’re wasting your life away. I don’t know who gives her advice to market herself this way but it’s very unappealing. The people have spoken, just look at the comments on her TikTok videos. She doesn’t understand her core audience and tries bully tactics to get sign ups for her program. SMH do better!
