  • Sports Wagering Talk

Love your show. I look forward to it every Thursday. Also love the back and forth with Sal. That said, I wager in sports from time to time but listening to people talk about sports wagering is neither entertaining nor engaging. You still get 5 stars because the show is great otherwise.

  • Keep it Coming

    Jimmy,

The podcast has been particularly excellent of late - especially loved the annual roundtable with Schrager and Perloff. Even the wrestling talk has been relatively tolerable (please don’t block me). When you have your annual podcast to discuss next season’s NFL schedule with Mike North, will you will ask him about this year’s Divisional round scheduling, particularly having the Niners play on Sat after having had to play the Eagles on the East Coast on Sunday. Not saying it would’ve chan... more

  • Good listen

Been listening since Jimmy took over for Deitsch. He doesn’t take himself too seriously. The guests are mostly interesting. The last segment is with Sal Licata. Love or hate Sal, the warmth they have for each other is a welcome change to the forced friendliness on other casts. I don’t listen to the wrestling guests but the rest is entertaining. BTW, Jimmy you are a not a “fatty”.

  • Best Conversations with the Biggest Guests

There are 2 podcasts that I listen to immediately after they drop, and SI Media with Jimmy Traina is definitely one of those 2. I am a huge sports fan, but I’m also a nerd that really gets into the coverage of the games. Jimmy’s pod blends these two in the most authentic way - you don’t get BS, you don’t get the super technical and weedy discussions - you get to hear real moments from the biggest names. Where else can you hear what Tirico ate that took him out for the Derby, or Orlovsky’s insane... more
