  • Complain to complain

The best way to describe this podcast episode with the dog is to just be complaining to complain.

For instance, he rips fox for for showing a turkey being sliced (oh the horror)

in a three hour broadcast and showing a holiday that most Americans probably didn’t even know existed in Canada

And he doesn’t even know when it happened, what the score was what plays were missed.

It made him so mad. He didn’t even know how or why it made him mad

He just knows that it was something that he hasn’t... more

Jimmy don’t kid yourself. You don’t know sports so don’t try to talk specifics on baseball or football because you make a fool of yourself. You know diners casinos Billy Joel and how to wind Sal up and let him go. Stick with that.

I met my wife there 30 years ago - and it hasn’t changed -it’s a bar Jimmy! Burgers and shepherds pie - and that’s about it….waiter was doing you a favor!! The way places usually handle it is offer you all a drink at bar to get table back but those guys are old school McSorleys types…..It’s also where O’Henry wrote “The Gift of the Magi” -famous short story that you may have read and I can guarantee Sal hasn’t.

  • Stale guests who all agree with host = boring content

Jimmy would never have the conservative version of Mina on his show. Jim is stuck in his own bubble, which makes for boring, stale content. Jim is using sports to push his politics. Few would listen to Jim’s illogical political musings if he didn’t wrap it in the sweet nectar of sports. Even with the occasional sports media nugget from JT this podcast is mostly terrible because it is served with a hefty side of liberal bias.

Also, I was big into wrestling when I was 12. I do not understa... more
