My early morning work commute to the hospital is not complete without it (+ my trusty travel mug of coffee). It has become a holy ritual of daily life. This is a wonderful gift. The podcast starts often with a brief devotional thought or story, and then shifts to practicing lectio. The combination of scripture and sound (and slowness) make for a powerful experience of practicing Gods presence. I love this podcast and recommend you listen.
