Just listened to the episode with Dr. Aditi and what a WONDERFUL and relatable topic and conversation. As a fellow anxious and stressed out mom, I throughly enjoyed listening while out on my walk. So much great advice. Can’t wait to start a gratitude journal, therapeutic writing and will definitely be buying Dr Aditi’s book.
I was so into Caro, her recipes, Insta, and this podcast. She is unabashedly herself, with no shame in the game and I appreciate that. However, the latest two pods with her personal friends made me cringe. I know well the coastal elite world she inhabits, but those conversations lacked reflection and acknowledgment on wealth, opportunity, class, and privilege and may be a turnoff to many listeners.
I never thought I’d become victim to a cult, but I think if Caro told me to cut my hair and move to Cali, I might just do it. And that’s because not one time have I EVER been disappointed in anything she delivers. Books, Substack, Social Media… and now a podcast. Just don’t even think about it and jump right in to the Caro Crew Fan Club… I’m Mallory, your President! But seriously! This is so good and is CERTAIN to prove that is remains amazing!
