  • Needs a reset

Surprising that 2 firms chosen for the MAP benchmarking episode each have Revenue/FTE under $125K. Pick top performers or those trending/near top performer category and highlight their journey and keys to success. Nothing wrong with small firms. There is something fundamentally wrong with firms masquerading as businesses but are underpaid jobs with uncompensated business risks —- not something the industry should be modeling or highlighting.
