  • They can’t be true horror fans

I just listened to their top 100 horror movies of all time episode. One guy’s number one film wasn’t even a horror film. Halloween Resurrection should never be on a top 100 list. They seem nice enough, but they don’t seem serious in general, definitely not about horror movies.

  • Fun times to be had with these amazing hosts and hysterical views

The real nitty gritty of the show are the honest reviews of horror movies each of the hosts have to rate and discuss but the best part is the funny bantering back and forth between them all. I love the show and the amazing community there is!

  • Don’t listen

First time listener and just listened to the Buffy episode. Not sure why they made the episode. They seriously hate the movie. Definitely not going to check out any other episodes.

If you find this show by searching for a movie you like, keep scrolling past them! They’re really negative and you’ll be super annoyed.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep. 438: Steve "Uncle Creepy" Barton | Full Interview
Q: What do you think about the state of horror in 2026 and the film industry for horror?
He describes a state of flux driven by post-COVID shifts, the need for bold, low-budget storytelling, and fans determining what becomes a 'cult' film rather than gatekeepers; the emphasis is on supporting indie voices and staying true to the fanbase.
Ep. 438: Steve "Uncle Creepy" Barton | Full Interview
Q: What got you into the horror genre to begin with, and how did it build for you as a kid?
Steve recalls sneaking up at night to watch Night of the Living Dead, which triggered a lifelong passion and a sense of horror as a safe, thrilling rush that shaped his moral compass and career choices.
Ep. 432: Doug Bradley is HERE - Full Exclusive Interview (2026)
Q: Is there real talk of reviving Hellraiser in other media, such as a Scarlet Gospels adaptation or a return to film?
Bradley expresses cautious optimism, noting that there's no certainty, but he would be open if the right script and circumstances align, and he emphasizes the importance of meaningful storytelling beyond nostalgia.
Ep. 432: Doug Bradley is HERE - Full Exclusive Interview (2026)
Q: How did you approach voice work for games like Dead by Daylight, and what's different when you're acting in a game versus a movie?
He notes that voice acting demands a different kind of discipline and focus, with less emphasis on makeup and more on delivering the energy through words alone, while also highlighting how game scripts can diverge from film lines due to copyright and adaptation needs.
Ep. 432: Doug Bradley is HERE - Full Exclusive Interview (2026)
Q: What was it like returning to the role after so many years, and how do you view the character's staying power?
Bradley explains that while special effects makeup ages, the character remains iconic because the image of Pinhead transcends time, and strong storytelling ideas keep the franchise relevant, not simply the makeup or visuals.
