I’m not an Intermittent faster.. I tried out for a few years.. lost weight but I became obsessed and slipped into a disordered way of eating.. however, one lesson I learned from kayla is make your own plan. And I love that. She often says don’t white knuckle it and if it feels hard you won’t stick to it. I love these tidbits of wisdom and have been able to apply them to my life.
I have been cruising all around intermittent fasting podcasts, books, YouTubers. This lady gives more actual examples of how and what she did/does to achieve weight loss using intermittent fasting, and she helps those who are possibly not finding it as easy as some.
