I love this podcast! I came here for Red white and Royal Blue and have stayed for Nadia and Paolas brilliant insights into film making texhniques, their banter and jokes, and their heartfelt reactions to rom coms. They have fabulous chemistry, they bounce off each other so well. I especially love their source material references, explanation of directorial choices and appreciation of diversity in film making - cool and I learn loads. Their podcast is now my comfort listen. Love it, keep at it!
Sisflicks is like a fun book club discussion for movies. Listening to sisters Paola and Nadhya, I feel like I’m having a conversation with girlfriends. I even find myself talking back to them sometimes! So far, they are picking fun, comfort movies. It’s been a great way to escape. I’m going to watch anything they recommend.
I randomly found the Red, White and Royal Blue episode, and didn’t realize this was a new podcast until I finished both episodes and wanted to see what else they had. I do think the podcast was a bit too much recap, but I loved it anyway! The hosts are fantastic, they have so much personality, I feel like I know them after just 1 episode!
It’s like hanging out with my besties talking about yummy movies we love to watch over and over when we have a bad day. Keep it up. Also check out their IG. It’s a great companion.
