Hey Sister! This is the podcast where we won't judge you for talking through the movie. Join sisters Paola and Nadhya as they talk through your favorite movies and shows. Listen in as they discuss their unapologetic love of chick flicks, production design, and fabulous costumes - with political rants and odes to generational trauma sprinkled in along the way.

Genuinely adore this podcast. The hosts are extremely observant and make connections (aesthetically, emotionally, etc). within the shows and movies they cover that I might have missed. Their insights really add to my love for the media they discuss. The vibes are hilarious and upbeat! These sagacious sisters can even parse out what is delightful in an otherwise “bad” film, while still recognizing the truth of its quality, and I love them for it!
Obviously the hosts have great chemistry (being sisters and all) and they’re funny. Funny in the way that siblings are: they know how to make each other laugh. My one reservation is that I wish they’d stick to *flicks*. They’ve spent most of 2024 on TV shows I’m not interested in. I miss their movie talk.
Hey ladies, love your podcast! I discovered you earlier this year when you released your Bridgerton episodes! I love your obsession with romcoms and have loved your recent Heartstopper episodes. I feel like I’m hanging out with my friends every time I listen and it’s really nice, and comforting to know you are there. I also love how close you two are as sisters and I think it makes your discussions that much better. Keep up the great work! 10/10
OMG just discovered these fabulous sisters via my love of Heartstoppers!! They are so funny and insightful and I can’t wait to listen to more of their past pods as well!
I live far away from my sister and best friends and we don’t get to obsesses over romcoms as much as we use to. This show is a nice supplement for that. I enjoy how long the episodes are and how in depth the discussions get. I love when y'all talk about symbolism and little Easter eggs. I hope y'all keep making episodes.
Thank you!
