Do you remember when Apple give everybody the free U2 album nobody wanted it it annoyed everybody this is how I feel about shrink the box. i’m sure they are very talented podcasts but it’s content I don’t want so why is it being forced upon me?
I really enjoy this show! I love in-depth character chat, although I find the discussions about dramas are better suited for this than comedies. Characters in a show like succession are real to me, it’s the same deal as talking character motivation for Hamlet and other fancy classics. I do love hearing about the comedic heroes like Moira Rose, but the point of these genius characters is less about interiority and more about the wonderful rhythms of comedic acting and writing.
