Q: How did your first 200 miles go?
Overall, it went very well. I set myself target times and managed to beat my gold target time, finishing in 58 hours and 36 minutes, which is faster than expected and the experience became an adventure of a lifetime for me.

Q: Could you tell us a little bit about the Wild Horse 200 race?
Natalie explained that the Wild Horse 200 starts in Chepstow and ends at Rosseilly Bay, traversing the Bracken Beacons. She found the mountainous terrain appealing and recalls pacing a friend in a section of it before deciding to undertake the race herself.

Q: What do you like about doing longer races?
For Natalie, running longer distances feels like an adventure, and she loves being one with nature. The solitude and the immersive experience of long runs provide her with a grounding sense of being alive.
