I was severely debilitated as a young adult, with dozens of symptoms and no clear medical explanation. After years of tests showing nothing specific, a doctor identified a hypersensitive nervous system as the root issue and taught me a nervous system-aware approach. That pivot—from chasing cures to re-learning safety in the nervous system—started my path toward helping others recover.
