I’m running my first 50k next month and wasn’t really sure where to look for information and support. Meghan is an experienced ultra runner and also has a lot of training in yoga/functional movement/mobility. I have learned so much from this podcast. It is also helpful to listen to both her race recaps and race recaps from people from her various programs.

I found Meghan’s podcast while looking for info on jumping from the marathon to the 50K. While I don’t always take her thorough advice, I find her so relatable. She sounds like someone who would be a great best running friend. Worth a listen if you’re getting bored of your usual marathon training podcasts. :)
