  • A must-listen to podcast

This podcast is an excellent conversation-style interview. It exudes the authenticity, intensity, and community that is characteristic of the sport of ultimate yet goes beyond the field to explore the wisdom and life lessons that the sport offers. The powerful conversations are thought-provoking, nostalgic, and deeply inspirational.
