Pretty basic, listened to a lecture of what sounded like someone’s shower though. Alright, it’s a podcast, but it was then there’s the sexism. Women should respect their bodies. But men were told to respect women. Nothing regarding how men should have more respect for their bodies than to sleep around. It’s pretty low vibration to not teach men to honor their bodies.
