Sandra’s work is a service to humanity. Each of us as individuals can find ourselves navigating unexpected challenges, such as - the highly misunderstood experience known as Grief. The pain of Grief can sometimes lead us to forget the way into our own every day miracles, becoming lost from our own hearts and souls . I’ve listened to this show for several years, but after losing my elderly mother last week, it’s become more comforting. My mom passed three weeks after her beloved husband passed. She lived in our home undergoing hospice care, and previous episodes of this podcast helped me know what to expect. She described a cool, comforting breeze going through her room at night. I heard her laughing and she said she was talking to her mother. She had a mental checklist of things she wanted to make sure we... more
I really appreciate shades of the afterlife and Sandra. She is such a warm and kind host. I love the content and appreciate everything I’ve learned. It’s a feel good podcast in a world of strife & uncertainty.

How I'd hoped for an experience that earned the OG Art Bell C2C moniker, but nope. There needs to be a consistent variety of voices/interviewees in these podcasts. One voice droning on and on in l-o-n-g narratives is boring and, frankly, lazy. First-hand experiences need to be the common thread in this series. Until then, I'm moving on.

The show centers on experiences and theories about what happens after death, often blending personal NDE accounts with scientific and spiritual perspectives. Episodes frequently explore consciousness beyond the body, messages from loved ones, grief, and the role of love in persistence across the veil, featuring clinicians, researchers, mediums, survivors, and writers who bring both skepticism and open-minded inquiry to these topics. Notable is the consistent emphasis on evidence, testimony, and transformative personal journeys, making complex metaphysical questions approachable for a broad audience of spiritual seekers, grievers, and curious skeptics alike. A standout quality is the breadth of guests—from medical professionals to past-life ... more
