The interviews would be a lot better is Cheryl would stick to the overall topic of Dancing with the stars. They spend way too much time talking about the person’s family life, their mental health, and their life philosophy. Talk about their experience on the show! I do like the episode recaps.
Cheryl should be a judge on the show. Excellent critiques and tips. Love the insights into the show

UPDATE: SO SAD to see this is ending, this is my go to for all dancing with the stars recaps and tea, I will truly miss listening :( and will keep my fingers crossed that it comes back for the next season, best of luck Cheryl!
UPDATE: The Shangela episode, THE BEST!!! Laughed the whole time!! So good!

A backstage-forward look at dance reality and celebrity dating, with in-depth chats about show dynamics, relationships, testosterone-tinged banter, and life after fame. Episodes fuse candid recaps of DWTS-era moments with interviews from former pros, actors, authors, and reality-TV personalities, offering practical relationship insights, career pivots, and authentic storytelling. The show tends to blend nostalgia, career guidance for performers, and candid discussions about privacy, public scrutiny, and personal growth in the spotlight. A notable angle is Cheryl Burke's insider perspective, often steering conversations toward behind-the-scenes truths, career resilience, and navigating Chapter Two life after peak fame.
