Lovely stories and strangely humoristic announcements.

  • lovely and odd

This podcast, hosting entries and winners from The Sarah Awards, is a mesmerizing production. It always feels so dreamlike, even all the pieces that people submit. Ann and Martin have created a wonderful framework story that just increases the level of fantasia to it. The Sarah Awards submissions just closed recently, so I'm looking forward to its return, to continue pushing the limits of what we can do with audio fiction and showcasing diverse voices.

  • I love the pieces that are shared in this podcast, but the host introductions are bizarre and potentially alienating to new listeners. It comes off as a bit pretentious, and I think maybe people would treat the pieces shared with a little more seriousness if there were more structured hosting.
