  • Excellent Podcast

I really enjoy all your podcasts! They are so well done and have great info- some of what reinforces what I already knew. Imagine my surprise as I listened while on my walk today when I heard you were from Plymouth, MA because I lived there for almost 40 years! My oldest daughter is just slightly younger than you.(were you born at Jordan Hospital too?) Small world!! And I would rather be in AZ too!

I like knowing what body part to use and why!! Her workouts are so effective but they don’t leave you in pain or worn out..I am able (with her help) to adapt things to my level on that particular day...she is so professional and caring..highly recommend her podcasts and program on YouTube 🏋️‍♀️🙂
