Assertions with no foundation. You could get better advice from any hairdresser.
This episode isn’t just filled with false info, it’s also actively harmful. You probably need to think about things and edit more before you release an episode. Not just that but it feels like you have some major shadow work to do still, regardless of supposedly having tried every trauma therapy.
I gave a 4 stars because you have a 15 min show with 5+min of ads. I love your content but why not a full episode?
I listened to one episode and was both shocked and instantly turned off by the casual use of the word “r*pe” — Specifically, “flirting is r*ping people of their energy.” You’re a “vampire r*per.” Seriously? It’s highly likely many listeners are actual r*pe survivors (not to mention, all those who allegedly flirt due to trauma… but where’s this research?)
Also, as a self proclaimed relationship trauma coach, this should not be a word that’s co-opted to explain anything. This is an insane example... more
