  • Sales Pitch

I appreciate her foundational message. But the constant sales pitch for her overpriced course, is irritating. A lot of redundancies. While purposely obfuscating specific helpful ideas in order to lure hurting individuals into the expensive program. I also find Sterling’s incessant, fast talking, and finger pointing delivery, anxiety inducing!

  • Interesting insights

I like the ideas behind what she is saying, but sometimes the advice doesn’t feel secure in practical advice. It feels nebulous.

  • Great

The best part about Maggie’s work is her blend of practical knowledge and application recommendations. She’s willing to say “I feel this is because…” without limitation. Maggie’s been making sense for a long time and she keeps getting better.

  • Phenomenal Podcast

This is such a phenomenal podcast. I came to a point in life where I realized the way I went about healing myself wasn’t working. In fact, it was actively making things worse. Right around that time was when I came across this podcast and it has really helped me shift my mindset and relationship with my body and my life entirely. I am so thankful I found Maggie’s work. The way Maggie is able to talk about healing is such a breath of fresh air, especially in the current self-help world. I would h... more
