  • Not always what you want to hear, but…

Usually what you need to hear. I really appreciate Maggie’s direct, no nonsense way of talking and explaining things. You can tell she’s empathetic, but she’s not here to coddle you. I think we all need more of that. It’s also refreshing that she’s not trying to sell you anything, offer quick fixes, or cheap hacks.

The only minor complaint I have is that she and her husband are Dodgers fans. Sincerely, a sad Brewers fan.

  • Just listen!

I suffered through 2.5 years of debilitating chronic fatigue and learned how addiction to “being productive” can cause terrible physical symptoms. Maggie shares among the most accurate and useful information I’ve encountered, and I’m putting it to use. Is her delivery polished? No. But it’s getting better and I don’t mind the imperfections at all. Isn’t perfectionism the problem?

  • Not impressed

I’ve listened to the first two episodes and I have to say I’m not impressed. The second episode was just ranting about a Tick Tock trend and why it wouldn’t work. I don’t disagree with her assessment, but her presentation was awful. Using phrases like “you people do this/that” comes across as judgmental and arrogant. I would have benefited from more discussion about what to do instead rather than how awful this trend was and why. It was like she was having a one sided argument. Although from wha... more

  • Pleasantly surprised

I am about 80% healed and just can’t get over a few triggers. I bumped into Maggie’s YouTube channel and decided to listen to her podcast on my walks and I am pleasantly surprised that she actually gives real advice on how to calm the nerves system. It’s a wonderful podcast and I wish her all the best. I am grateful she’s spreading awareness for those of us who are hanging on to this beautiful life on a string. I hope this is one of the last podcasts on this topic I have to hear.
