I cannot praise this wonderful app too much! These folks have really figured out how to support cyclists of all levels and abilities. I’m seeing progress week to week and month to month, and cannot wait to see how this plays out this coming spring on the road. Kudos to the good folks at Trainor Road!
Learned so much from listening to this podcast. The one with Dr. Julien Louis was especially useful and informative to me since I’m a masters athlete.
The topics are often interesting and important for endurance athletes but the presentation is so dry. The host isn’t involved enough and allows the guests (all professional academics) to slip into lecture mode, which of course is in their comfort zone. It makes it really difficult to listen to without my mind wandering, especially if I’m doing something else and not 100% focused on the podcast. more
The TrainerRoad gang always puts a big smile on my face whilst riding to and from work still delivering invaluable information on and off the bike on fitness, riding techniques, mindset and nutrition!
I enjoy all the TrainerRoad podcasts. It’s getting to be more content that I can keep up with though , even YouTubing while on the trainer.
