  • Used to enjoy this podcast a lot. But the out of touch celebrity privilege circle jerks that seem to happen every episode have gotten to be too much.

  • Is tipping a scheme?

I manage a laundromat/dry cleaners. Listen, you better tip us. After washing your sheets and your underwear, I know you better than your mother does. Tip anyone who performs a service that you didn’t feel like doing or couldn’t do yourself. Show gratitude with gratuity.

  • Hail our Scam Goddess 🙌🏼

Laci is hilarious and unapologetically real. She herself is a vibe and carries the show. I’ve learned a lot from this podcast, and have been fully entertained the whole time.

  • Scam

Laci is hilarious and I typically agree with her takes. Just coming here to give an alternative look on leases and rent increases.

As a former property manager and current revenue & marketing manager for a property management company, the lease is there to protect you. The most important things you need to know is where to find the rules, how much of a notice you need to give to move out, and plan to return the rental in the same condition as you found it. People be staining carpet, putting up... more

  • Great idea executed poorly

I love this concept, but Laci is a frustrating host. She mispronounces legal words and misreads her notes, so you kind of feel like a sucker trying to learn anything from someone who knows less than the listener. The episode i just completed was partly about check kiting, and she called it “check kitting” throughout. Not for me.
