I could listen to this non-stop!The story telling is engaging and hilarious! The "peaceful transition of power" has been seamless. Rachelle has beautifully maintained the rhythm of the show while making it her own.
Long time fan of the show here to say THANK YOU to Rachelle for her kind and hilarious hosting. You can feel how present Rachelle is when telling each story. She brings the perfect balance of spicy and sweet that makes each episode a joy. Rachelle is such an engaging story teller. This podcast has kept me sane while working from home.
I started off loving Normal Gossip and they still have great production and interesting stories, but starting with Kelsey and continuing with Rochelle the giggling makes it hard to listen to. I remember someone giving the advice of flirting with the audience while hosting and I think that was taken and ran with. The laughing at everything the guest or themselves say is distracting.
Kelsey was great but I have to say, I really really prefer Rachelle hosting the pod! Her voice is so soft and kind! She has the sweetest laugh as well. I was bummed to hear Kelsey was leaving, but was elated to hear she was passing the baton to Rachelle. I remembered her being a guest, and absolutely loved her!! The shady Susan’s complaining just aren’t cool enough for all this hot goss ;)
This show is like a cozy blanket that you wrap around yourself on a chilly day. But the blanket also makes you laugh? All I know is that when a new episode drops my mood automatically improves about 150%. Rachelle is an amazing host (the Honeydew Farms episode is an epic entry point, imho) and I love the care she puts into her work.
