I have been listening to this podcast for years, but it feels like SBS are using their second and third rate journalists for this now. Some can barely read a transcript, some have interviewing skills of a primary school student.

It’s no longer enjoyable. Just frustrating

Same liberal controlled media as America. Was looking for less drama and reporting on crap, not here. Don’t waist your time.

  • Misleading headlines

The headline about obesity in childhood affecting peoples cognitive abilities in adulthood is misleading. It’s about the positive effects of fitness, not the negative effects of obesity. Being pro-diversity also needs to mean being pro-body shapes.

Global markets and precious metals hit record high despite Powell investigation
Q: What do you think that will say about the health of the US economy?
The US banking sector is expected to have performed well, but Trump administration policies may lead to cautious market reactions to the upcoming reports.
Global markets and precious metals hit record high despite Powell investigation
Q: Why do you think that is?
The Trump Administration's charges on Jerome Powell appear to pressure the Federal Reserve to cut rates, which is seen as inflationary, leading to rising asset prices, particularly in precious metals.
INTERVIEW: How is the social media ban working and is it an effective measure?
Q: How is this happening? I know the ECFDA commissioner said that the next steps are recidivism and ensuring there's no reactivations of new accounts and so on.
It's due to the way the legislation is implemented, allowing for alternatives to ID verification that can be easily circumvented.
INTERVIEW: How is the social media ban working and is it an effective measure?
Q: Do you think the ban will work in that way as the government intended?
Not on its own; it appears to be a blunt and regressive step as many young people are motivated to circumvent the ban and still access social media.
